what is the largest baby bath you can buy in the uk?
I need to get a baby bath for my new born but I want it to last longer than 6 months because I don’t have a bath in my home, only a walk in shower. So trying to ’shower’ a six month old is going almost impossible.
My shower is one of those designed to allow Wheelchair access. It is not baby friendly in any way.

I’d get a standard up to six months one, and after that see if you can get a bath seat. They are a bit difficult to find because they’re not safe to leave babies in unattended, and some people did that and the babies drowned in the bath. However, they are absolutely brilliant for a baby who can’t sit up properly if you are right there with them. You could put it on the floor of the shower, take the shower head off the hook, and give baby a gentle shower. If you are a wheelchair user, it will be a darn sight easier than trying to empty a huge baby bath.
Here’s what I mean:

Why don’t you get an old fashioned tin bathtub they are about a third of the size of a normal bath…but light…you hook them on the back of a door.

Hey, my brother bought my son a mamas and papas bath as a birth present. He still fits in it now and he is 9 months! It sits them one way round when they are newborn and supports them and then when they can sit unaided you sit them a different way around. My boy loves his bath and is still comfortable in it although he sits in the "unaided position" now. We are bathing him more in our normal bath now as he sits well on his own, but we do use the baby bath at least once a week. SO try looking at mamas and papas website?
