Wheelchair Advice – Do you qualify for a free wheelchair

A 17-year-old is a prisoner in his own home after someone stole his Wheelchair ramp Thursday afternoon.

Dylan Shotts suffers from muscular dystrophy and needs the ramp to leave his home. His mother discovered that the portable steel tri-fold ramp was missing Thursday morning.

Renee Shotts, who suffers from lupus and diabetes herself, has filed a police report. She spent the day searching scrap yards to see if someone had stolen the ramp to sell for scrap.

Both Dylan and Renee are hoping whoever took the ramp is caught quickly. If you have any information about the theft, contact Roseville Police.
