I don’t think that is true. Clint gillespie is a good instructer but the JSU drum line is actually one of the worst in the u.s There are many many other lines out there that are better and have more players. Georgia and Georgia tach are two of thouse lines/…..I mean Spirits drum tech’s don’t come from JSU dude,,, I know I have played. They come from OTHER colleges.

  • GoombaGoone says:

yeah dude, i play snare for UGA. And I disagree with this statement. We’re better than some, but not as good as alot. We were actually flat out bad this year.

  • drumznmusic says:

    1) NO ONE at Tech …
    1) NO ONE at Tech gives a about playing the show… It’s an engineering school without a music major.
    2) GT’s book last season was bullshit. Period.
    3) OVERALL, Tech’s drumline was better.

I’m not saying that JSU sucks or anything like that, but I am saying that when I saw the line, GT’s was better.

  • asavage2 says:

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! …
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Dude JSU could play GT’s show with their oles. JSU’s cymbal line could make gt’s snareline…no joke

    Check out …
Check out University of Illinois (U of I) they are my favorite.

  • Sprebound says:

    Well college …
Well college drumming is already better than you realize, you just need to get out of Georgia and expand your horizons. JSU isn’t too far away and they are layin down some sweet beats. AND they played EWheelchair for a cadence a couple of years ago, I played bass 5. I am not trying to be negative but there is a bigger world out there, stop listening to crappy lines like UGA and GT because you will only learn how not to play a drum and they are almost always be dirty.

  • Sprebound says:

    What? Both UGA and …
What? Both UGA and GT suck.

  • Sprebound says:

    You can go to …
You can go to tapspace and get it, but you have to pay for it.

  • Evian05 says:

    Is that Tkachuk in there???

  • goldlw1 says:

    Maybe there are, …
Maybe there are, but I have yet to see them. And I can garunte you if they were what everyone was like, college drumming would be so much better. I am tired of hearing college drumlines play easy crap that I have heard high schools play. My point is that, I have yet to hear many who are better or at least try to play harder things like those two do.

  • assu4lt says:

    can i get the …
can i get the cadence somewhere?

  • Drumbum312 says:
